Vertical Screw Filter Centrifuges (CFS-V Series)
Purpose:
Dewatering of fine concentrate with a particle size of 0–13 mm.
Distinctive Features:
- Improved design of the feed section;
- Increased cross-section of the V-belt drive belts;
- Application of frame lining at the solids discharge zones from the rotor;
- Modified dynamic dewatering regime;
- Possibility to adjust the radial clearance between the inner surface of the rotor and the screw scraper blades.

- Dewatering time of the material has been increased, resulting in a 1.5–2% reduction in cake moisture;
- Effective protection of the frame at the solids discharge zones from the rotor doubles the service life of the frame;
